您可以使用 “用户到用户信息” (UUI) 设置来配置 Genesys Cloud，使其与拨出呼叫一起发送数据。 系统将 UUI 数据嵌入到去电的 SIP 报头中。 呼叫接收端的应用程序会拦截 UUI 数据，然后照常将呼叫传递给接收方。

当您通过拨出呼叫发送 UUI 数据时，通常在 Architect 或 Scripter 中指定 UUI 数据。 以这种方式指定 UUI 数据是动 态 方法。 However, if you want to send the same UUI data with every outgoing call (static method), you can enable the Static User Data setting. 然后，您可以指定静态 UUI 数据。

您可以将 Genesys Cloud 配置为使用一个或同时使用动态和静态 UUI 数据。 如果同时使用两者，Genesys Cloud 将使用以下规则来确定要发送哪些 UUI 数据。

• 如果动态 UUI 数据和静态 UUI 数据各具有 不同的 标头名称，则 Genesys Cloud 将同时发送动态和静态 UUI 数据。
• 如果动态 UUI 数据和静态 UUI 数据都具有 相同的 标头名称，则 Genesys Cloud 将使用优先级设置来确定要发送的 UUI 数据。
  
  
  • 如果选择低优先级，Genesys Cloud 将始终发送动态 UUI 数据。
  • 如果选择高优先级，Genesys Cloud 将始终发送静态 UUI 数据。

要启用和配置 UUI 设置：

1. 单击 管理员。
2. 在 “ 电话” 下，单击 “ 中继”。
3. 点击 外部中继 选项卡。
4. 从列表中选择要配置的中继。
5. 在 外部中继配置下，单击 协议。
6. 要发送动态 UUI 数据：
   • 在 用户到用户信息 (UUI) 下，将 UUI 直通 开关设置为 已启用。
   • 使用 类型 下拉菜单选择要使用的 UUI 标头信息的类型。
   • 使用 “ 编码格式” 下拉列表 选择标题的编码格式。
     注意： 最佳做法是在 UUI 标头中指定编码格式。 If you do not specify an encoding format, Genesys Cloud assumes the hexadecimal encoding format.
   • In the Protocol Discriminator field, enter a two-digit hexadecimal value to identify the protocol discriminator.
     注意： 如果选择 X-UsertUserTouser 标头类型，则协议判别器字段不可用。
7. 要发送静态 UUI 数据：
   • 在 静态用户数据下，将 静态 UUI 开关设置为 已启用。
   • 在 “名 称 ” 字段中，键入标题名称。
   • 在 “ 值 ” 字段中，使用适当的格式键入要放置在标题中的 UUI 数据。
     注意： The Value field must have the protocol discriminator prepended to the value and the value must be encoded in either ASCII or hexadecimal.
   • 使用 优先级 下拉菜单选择要分配给静态 UUI 数据的优先级级别。
8. 点击 保存外部中继。
