过时 Webhook

2021 年 5 月 19 日，Genesys 删除了“webhooks”操作类型。 Genesys Architect 比 webhook 功能更强大，而且更易于配置。 “Architect flows” 操作可以通过 webhook 触发所有可能的用例，并将 webhook 处理集中到一种操作类型。

从 webhook 操作迁移到架构流程操作：

1. 确保您拥有适当的架构流程权限在 Genesys Cloud CX 中，包括建筑师>用户界面>看法用于访问 Architect。
2. 在 Genesys Cloud CX Architect 中，创建并发布您的工作流程。
3. 在 Genesys Predictive Engagement 中，编辑使用 webhook 操作的现有操作图，并将操作类型更改为架构师流程。 然后，覆盖默认变量包含访客特定数据。
