创建网络消息传递优惠

功能弃用：Genesys 将不再支持 ACD Web Chat v2，客户可以通过所有相应的 Chat Widget 版本使用该聊天工具。这是对之前宣布的 ACD Web Chat v1 弃用的进一步回应。因此，Predictive Engagement 也将终止对这些旧版网络聊天版本的支持。有关更多信息，请参阅弃用：删除 ACD Web 聊天（版本 2）。鼓励所有现有客户迁移到 Web Messaging 和 Messenger。

创建行动地图以提供 Web 消息

为了在您的网站上提供网络消息功能，创建行动地图Genesys Predictive Engagement 用它来吸引访客。动作图定义了触发网络消息传递服务的条件。

注意：

如果存在活动的网络消息对话，则不会映射触发其他网络消息操作。
If an action map triggers during a web session, it does not trigger again during that session. However, another action map could trigger, depending on your frequency capping settings.
If an action map triggers in one session and the visitor rejects it, it can trigger again in subsequent sessions if it qualifies.

Select the web messaging action and then click Next.
