要获取 Genesys Cloud 与 ServiceNow 集成的队列 ID：

  1. 在 Genesys Cloud 中，导航至行政>联系中心>队列菜单>用户管理>队列。
  2. 选择您想要获取队列 ID 的队列。
  3. 检查浏览器地址栏中的 URL。URL 的格式如下： 
    https://<Genesys_Cloud_region>.com/directory/#/admin/organization/queues/bc28aed5-1159-4204-95b1-58c81acd5f3b/general
  4. 找到队列 ID，它是一个唯一的字符串。例如，bc28aed5-xxxx-4204-95b1-xxxx1acd5f3b 是给定 URL 中的队列 ID。
