系统会自动检测呼叫是由现场聚会还是应答机应答。 Call analysis responses define the actions that a campaign can take for each detection result. 作为管理员,您可以为每个广告系列分配一个响应集,并将广告系列配置为采取不同的结果操作。

For non-preview campaigns, on the call analysis responses page, define the actions that Genesys Cloud Edge must take based on call analysis results.

For example, you can configure Edge for the following scenarios:

  • 呼叫接通后,删除所有呼叫分析步骤。
  • 当呼叫分析检测到应答机而不是在场人员应答时,请挂机。

To configure the call analysis response feature, define a call analysis response entry. 然后,将呼叫分析响应分配给营销活动。 When you start the campaign, the system sends its response table to Edge and communicates how to process call analysis results for that campaign. 每个营销活动都可以有自己的一组呼叫分析响应操作。

To sort the Call Analysis Responses view, click the Name column. The sort indicator in the Name header indicates whether the column is sorted in ascending or descending order. 要筛选列表,请在 搜索 框中键入全部或部分名称。 If you do not type any search text, the column lists all entries.

  • If outbound dialing places a call, and afterward, call analysis detects special information tones indicating that the telephone number dialed is uncallable, a wrap-up code of ININ-OUTBOUND-SIT-UNCALLABLE is assigned by the system. As a result, that telephone number is never redialed on subsequent recycles of the contact list. This assignment happens independently of any call analysis responses assigned to the campaign.
  • If AMD is disabled, the system continues to accurately prevent approximately two-thirds of voicemail and answering machines from going to the live voice response action, as many known default carrier messages can be identified almost immediately by way of spotting the voiceprint. Busy carrier announcements and tones that typically account for about 3 percent of all calls, and faxes, are also detected and prevented from taking the live voice response action.
