安装并设置 CX Cloud、Digital 和 AI for Salesforce Service Cloud

Salesforce Service Cloud 的 CX Cloud、数字和 AI 软件包包含用于在 Salesforce Service Cloud 中设置数字和 AI 设置的组件。

要安装该包：

  1. 在设置主页上，单击应用程序启动器图标并在搜索应用程序和项目框中搜索管理设置应用程序并启动该应用程序。
  2. 在应用程序导航项中，选择安装和更新包。
  3. 在 Salesforce Service Cloud 的数字和 AI 部分中，单击现在安装。
  4. 安装第一步，选择为所有用户安装或者针对特定配置文件安装选项。
  5. 按照屏幕上的说明进行安装。

验证已安装的软件包

检查并验证 Salesforce 中的包安装：

  1. 在安装主页上，在快速查找框中搜索已安装的软件包，然后选择已安装的软件包。
  2. 确认已安装 CX Cloud、Digital and AI for Salesforce Service Cloud 软件包。
