搜索联系人或组织

  • 外部联系人>接触>看法 
  • 外部联系人>外部组织>看法
  • External Contacts > settings > Edit

要搜索联系人或组织，请执行以下步骤：

  1. 单击 目录 > 外部联系人。
  2. 执行以下操作之一：
    • 要搜索联系人，请单击 “联系 人 ” 选项卡。
    • 要搜索组织，请单击组 织 选项卡。
  3. In the Search External Contacts and Organizations box, begin to type a simple search. You can use a combination of criteria. As you type the search criteria in the search box, Genesys Cloud displays the matching records under the search box. For example, a search for “Miranda Te” returns two records: 
    • 米兰达的一张唱片，姓特梅里奥。
    • 住在德克萨斯州的米兰达·史密斯的一张唱片。

      笔记：要搜索不进行转换的术语，请将该术语用引号引起来。例如，要搜索账户 ID 8005551212，请输入以下内容：  "8005551212”.外部联系人管理 UI 将有效电话号码转换为 E.164 格式。要搜索非 E.164 号码 020-2672-6670，请输入“020-2672-6670”。

  4. To narrow down the search results, apply a divisions filter. For more information, see Filter contacts or organizations by divisions. 

    注意： 如果 Genesys Cloud 返回超过 1000 个联系人，则会提示您优化搜索。
