清除历史数据

在导入历史记录部分，要清除选择上传的历史数据，请单击要清除的上传文件对应的复选框。您可以选择并清除单个或多个文件。

页面状态

状态 描述
错误 可以直接从系统中删除文件。该过程最多可能需要五分钟。 
失败 可以直接从系统中删除文件。该过程最多可能需要五分钟。 
导入已取消 可以直接从系统中删除文件。该过程最多可能需要五分钟。 
导入正在处理中 可以直接从系统中删除文件。该过程最多可能需要五分钟。 
导入成功 导入成功状态的文件将在 24 小时内清除。
已发布 仅当批处理作业完成处理后，才会删除具有此状态的文件。此过程最多可能需要 72 个小时。同时，该文件的状态变为“Purge Pending”。 
清除未决

历史数据清除请求已成功启动，等待批处理从 Genesys Cloud 清除数据。 每个区域的清除过程大约在当地时间凌晨 3 点左右完成。

Note: This entry only appears if the user tries to purge a file with Published status.
清除成功 数据清除过程已成功完成。 仅当批处理作业处理了清除请求后，此条目才会出现在“清除待处理”状态的行中。
Note: Files in Purge Successful status can be deleted from the system directly. This process can take up to 5 minutes.

要清除历史数据，请执行以下步骤：

  1. 单击 管理员。
  2. 在 劳动力管理下，单击 历史数据导入。
  3. 单击 “ 清除”。
  4. 单击 “ 是”。
  5. 在导入历史记录部分，选择要清除的文件。
  6. 点击清除选定项。 这清除文件出现对话框，其中列出要清除的文件列表。
  7. Click Purge.
    Note: In the upper right corner of the screen, the system displays status messages of the purge status of the files. The purge status appears either in the next few minutes or 24 hours, depending on the number of selected files. After the system accepts the purge, the system displays a notification, confirming that the purge is complete. When the file is purged from the system, the system displays a notification to the user confirming the successful purge.
     

清除数据后，预测将使用原生 Genesys Cloud 历史数据进行新创建的预测。

无法清除的文件

错误 文件状态 描述 解决方案 
Validationinprogress 已启动/正在进行 由于验证正在进行中，系统不会删除这些状态下的文件。

待定/已发布 如果正在验证此状态的任何其他文件，则系统不会删除这些状态的文件。

Deleteinprogress 清除未决 由于系统正在等待批处理作业运行，因此系统不会删除这些状态下的文件。

RequestIdNotFound

缺少 requestIds（每个文件的唯一 ID）的文件将被删除。当同一组织中的两个用户同时尝试清除文件时，就会发生此错误。在这种情况下，第一个用户的清除成功，而第二个用户的清除不成功，并出现该消息。

刷新浏览器以获取最新列表。
InvalidRequest

具有无效 requestIds 的文件不会被删除。

 

刷新浏览器即可查看最新列表。如果有 API 用户，那么他们可以执行  GET/api/v2/workforce management/historicaldata/ importstatus请求获取最新列表。
