Work with the International number plan
To reduce the potential for fraudulent activity, Genesys Cloud no longer sets up the International number plan as a default number plan for outbound routes on new sites. The International number plan is still available and if you need it, you can easily add it. If you have the International number plan set up as an outbound route, but don’t need it, you should remove it.
Add the International number plan
If you don’t have the International number plan set up for your outbound route, but need to make international calls, you can add the International number plan to your outbound route.
- 单击 管理员。

- 在 “站点名称” 列表中找到并单击您的 站点。
- 单击 呼出路由 选项卡。
- Click the Classifications list and select the International number plan.
- 单击 保存呼出路由。
Remove the International number plan
If you have the International number plan set up for your outbound route, but do not make international calls, Genesys recommends that you remove it from your outbound route.
- 单击 管理员。
- 在 “ 电话” 下,单击 “ 站点”。
- 在 “站点名称” 列表中找到并单击您的 站点。
- 单击 呼出路由 选项卡。
- Locate the International number plan in the Classifications list.
- Click x to remove it.
- 单击 保存呼出路由。
