In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a more scalable operational console view that helps technical administrators interpret growing volumes of operational events without disrupting existing workflows.
有何变化
Administrators will gain an optional grouped event view that consolidates repeated EventDefinitionIDs into expandable rows, making it easier to spot patterns as event volume grows. A toggle allows switching between the classic flat list and the new grouped experience, so current workflows remain intact. Additional updates include visible event counts, an enhanced drill-down view with clearer access to event details, preset time ranges, and sorting by latest timestamp to surface recent issues quickly. These enhancements introduce a structured way to review events while maintaining the original view as the default.
No action is required, and your current workflows will remain unchanged unless you choose to enable the grouped view. The grouped view is fully optional and can be turned on at any time. All other enhancements appear automatically without affecting existing processes. The classic flat list remains the default experience and continues to be fully supported.
为什么这很重要
Previously, the operational console displayed every event as a separate row. The new grouped view reduces that complexity by organizing related events, lowering cognitive load, and enabling faster navigation. Administrators can now move from a high-level summary to detailed entries only when needed, improving troubleshooting accuracy while maintaining control over how they view their data.
