您可以将文本转语音 (TTS) 引擎和每个流程的语音映射为每种语言使用。

根据您创建或更新流程的时间，系统使用 TTS 引擎打开流程，如下所示：

您不能为每个提示设置 TTS 语音；此选项只能针对每个流程的每种受支持语言提供。 在运行时，Architect 会使用您为流程配置的 TTS 引擎和语音。

1. 创建新流程或打开现有流程。
2. 在 设置下，单击 支持的语言。
3. 执行以下操作之一：
   • 添加新的受支持语言。
   • 找到现有支持的语言。
4. 在受支持语言的 “文本转语音” 列中，执行以下操作：
   1. 在 引擎下，为流程选择 TTS 引擎：
      • 注意： 如果语言没有可用的 TTS 引擎或语音，请选择此选项。
      • 默认 要使用为组织配置的语言默认 TTS 引擎，请选择此选项。 
        Note: If the organization’s default TTS engine or voice changes, and you want the existing flows that use this option to use the new default engine and voice, you must republish the flow.
      • Genesys TTS： 要使用内置的 Genesys TTS 引擎，请选择此选项。
      • Generative AI TTS: To use the generative AI TTS engine that offers more human-like TTS voices, select this option.
      • Genesys TTS Connector – 集成的第三方 TTS 引擎：使用通过 Genesys TTS Connector 集成配置的您首选的第三方 TTS 引擎。
      • 已安装的第三方 TTS 引擎： 如果管理员从 Genesys AppFoundry 获得并安装了第三方 TTS 引擎，请选择此选项。
   2. Under Voice, select the voice you want to read the text-to-speech.
      注释：

      • You can select any voice that the selected TTS engine supports. The TTS voice does not need to match the flow’s language. For example, you can use a language as your flow’s default language for which Architect supports speech recognition (“en-GB”), and at the same time, use a different TTS voice (“en-IE”) to meet your customers’ language needs.
      • You can only select a generative voice if the selected TTS engine supports it. Currently, Generative AI TTS and Amazon Polly (third-party) engines support generative TTS voices such as en-us, polly-Danielle-Generative. The generative TTS voices are unavailable in secure call flows.
