Social direct messages, social post injections, and social post responses allowance increase

In a future release, Genesys will increase the token allowance for social direct messages, social post ingestions per channel, and outbound social post responses to 400 per AI token.

This enhancement updates the allowed message count per AI token for social direct messages (DMs) and Public Responses and Ingestions within Genesys Cloud from 200 to 400 messages.

What is affected

The changes apply to Genesys Cloud Social and Genesys Cloud Social Post Responses, as well as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, X (Twitter), Apple Business Chat, and WhatsApp.

Increasing the message count optimizes AI tokens value and aligns Genesys with current market benchmarks and competitive pricing expectations. Customers will be able to process twice as many social messages per AI token without altering existing pricing or billing models.
